BAR LEAD

THE ROLE

You develop the bar programme and deliver it with high-energy, confident service, across The Nixon Room and ESSA.

It’s a step into a senior beverage role.

WHAT YOU OWN

  • Cocktail development and menu creation

  • Inventory management

  • Training the team

  • Running the bar on the night

EXPERIENCE WITH

  • Senior bartending in premium cocktail bars

  • Busy, quality-driven cocktail environments

  • Leading front of house staff

BARTENDER
Full-time or part-time.

THE ROLE
You deliver confident, generous bar service, with a focus on great drinks, good produce and the details that make a night.

You know your classics, care about what goes into the glass and keep the room moving with the floor team.

EXPERIENCE WITH

  • Cocktail making and bar service in busy, quality-driven bars

  • Classic cocktails, spirits and a tight drinks list
    Working with seasonal and Japanese ingredients

  • Keeping a clean, well-run bar when it’s three deep
